1 Anim Name and priority are completed by designer
2 frame,rough are completed by animator, there was a polish section, but we delete it because it is out of scope
3 unityCheck are completed by programmer, making sure that the asset work well in unity.

This is the output of weekly Target meeting.In the backlog, format:Week_Deadline_task.
Also used for keeping track of some extra tasks that pop out in the middle of production.(extra tasks are those who have different format)
